    We offer services in the following areas: Aspen Hill, Bethesda, Colesville, Damascus, Fairland, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Montgomery Village, North Bethesda, North Potomac, Olney, Potomac, Redland, and Rockville. 

  • What cleaning services are offered?

    Standard, Deep, One Time, Spring or Fall Cleaning, Same Day, Move-In/Out, Recurring, Small Business, Holiday, Apartment, Airbnb, Appliance.

  • Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we prefer to use clients' own clean supplies and vacuum. However, cleaning supplies are available upon request, though not all technicians carry them unless specified. We provide basic supplies such as white vinegar, disinfecting spray, mild dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, cloths, sponges, squeegees, scrub brushes, paper towels, soft-bristled brushes, gloves, vacuum cleaners, and mops.


  • What is the protocol for sanitizing cleaning supplies?

    Between each client we sanitize cleaning supplies we begin by rinsing off any dirt and washing the supplies with warm water and soap. Next, disinfect by soaking or spraying the supplies with a disinfectant, ensuring they’re fully covered. Allow the disinfectant to sit for 5-10 minutes to effectively kill germs. Afterward, rinse the items with clean water to remove any excess disinfectant and let them dry completely. 

  • How do I schedule a cleaning appointment?

    You can schedule a cleaning appointment by sending an email, text  or using our online booking system on our website.

  • Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

    Absolutely! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services based on your needs.

  • How long will my cleaning take?

    The duration of a cleaning session depends on the size of the property and the level of cleaning required. We provide free in person estimates.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    It’s not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to leave a key or provide access instructions, and we clean while they are away.

  • Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

    Yes, all of our cleaners are fully insured and undergo thorough background checks for your peace of mind.

  • How do I pay for cleaning services?

    We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. For invoices over $100, a deposit of approximately 50% is due upon arrival, with the remaining balance to be paid upon completion.

  • What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning service?
